you know it is transfusion time. So we shall be setting that up along with IV fluids to get his electrolytes back where they should be.
Parker’s blood was a pink color…..not even an normal red. The guy who drew it said he could tell just by looking at the blood that Parker was in some trouble here.
Parker’s right heart cath scheduled for this Friday has been canceled until we can these other issues taken care of.
Parker is having an exceedingly rough day today. Being even a few inches away from me is freaking him out. So it is a rocking day and a patting Parker’s sweet patoot for hours on end day.
But that’s okay. I’m the Mom. It’s my job. 
I have decided to forgo the opportunity of having yesterday’s surgeon get her hands on my guy. I have decided, after talking to MANY people, to try and get on Dr. Downey’s service. When the cardiologist, GI specialist, and Pedi all agree that the reflux has gotten seriously out of hand then a Nissen and G-tube unfortunately are the next step after meds.
Prayer requests:
That the proper decisions can be made for Parker’s long term health.
That Parker can one day he can be a happy kid just running around and living life and making me and Reed totally nuts……just like our other kids.
That my nerves can be healed enough so I can make good decisions for Parker and make it through yet another potentially long PCMC stay.
That financially we can deal with all of these medical issues, this impending hospital stay, and Parker’s needs.
That my other kids will be okay and they can be blessed with an understanding as to why so much time has to be shown to Parker until he is finally healthy.

Oh the poor little guy. You are such a sweet loving mommy and I know that helps him feel a little better! I am praying for all those things Tammy. I pray and pray that Parker can be healthy and have fun the way he should be able to. Please kiss and hug him for me.
