Parker is up to stacking FIVE blocks.
We finally decided on this unit block set from Melissa and Doug:
Why this set? Excellent Question.
1. My Mom paid for it. Always a great incentive. But these by far were NOT the most expensive. They were a little less than middle of the road expensive.
2. The sizes of the blocks are perfect for Parker’s hand. Parker has a very small hand.
3. The sizes of the blocks are perfect for stacking. Not all sizes of blocks are good for stacking.
4. They came with a wooden case to keep them in.
We were also given a couple of different sets of blocks that will be great for stacking when Parker has a bit better mastery of this very important (so ALL the testing swears) skill.
And for all of you stampers/scrapbookers out there, we have this HUGE lot of CTMH stamps up on EBAY.

These milestones are so cool. I’m glad they seem ot be happening so frequently
You are just amazing Parker! Keep up the good work buddy!
The most important of all is that Parker is loved (of course he is!). WTG, Parky!
He is SO concentrating…I see the protruding tongue.
*wild applause* Way to go, Parker. You will be building castles and skyscrapers in no time.

I think we have that SAME set! My 4 yr old still loves them. Come on down, they can play blocks!
Rock n’ roll, little man! And the photo, Tammy, just precious! I love that wee one of yours!
Hey, Congratulations! What a memorable photo. Such a sweetie.
Good boy! Blocks are great. I actually may go and hunt some out and build a tower myself….
Have fun!

Go Parker go!! Those blocks look fantastic
whoo hoo Parker! that’s wonderful!
You know, Kayla never liked stacking blocks either – she had absolutely NO INTEREST (hmmm…just like her mommy!) It was always on her EI goals though (but never 10! I can’t believe Parker’s goal was set at 10). I think Kayla’s started at 3-4 then 5-6 and that was it. Her goals also specified they had to be the small 1 inch cubes. I feel your frustration!
Love the tongue! Yay, for stacking! He’s really making some good progress lately! Keep up the good work Parker!
Yeah, Parker!!! WTG!!
Just look at that concentration! Looks like a fun set of blocks : )
5! WOW, Mr Fine Motor Skills hits the big time.
Girl this kid ROCKS!
Wow that looks like a nice set. I’m so pleased to hear Parker is stacking Hurray for Parker!!
